Associados<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2251\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2251\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\">S\u00e3o associados do STRN todos os trabalhadores que estejam nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no artigo 2.o e aceitem os seus princ\u00edpios, estatutos e regulamentos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2252\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2252\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 10\u00ba - Categoria de associados<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2252\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2252\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O STRN tem a seguinte categoria de associados:\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>Associados efetivos, s\u00e3o os que se encontrem no ativo;<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>Associados aposentados, s\u00e3o os que tenham passado \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o de aposentados;<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>Associados honor\u00e1rios, cujo t\u00edtulo poder\u00e1 ser atribu\u00eddo a pessoas singulares ou coletivas que, pelo seu excecional desempenho sindical, ou servi\u00e7os prestados ao STRN, o justifiquem mediante proposta da dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional \u00e0 assembleia geral e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por maioria simples.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2253\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2253\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 11\u00ba - Admiss\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2253\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2253\"><ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>A proposta de admiss\u00e3o de associado dever\u00e1 ser dirigida \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, preferencialmente em formul\u00e1rio online disponibilizado para esse efeito, onde conste obrigatoriamente a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o completa do trabalhador (nome, data de nascimento, n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o civil e fiscal, resid\u00eancia, contacto telef\u00f3nico pessoal, correio eletr\u00f3nico pessoal e\/ou profissional), categoria profissional exercida e local de trabalho, se estiver no ativo, aplicando-se a todos estes elementos o Regulamento Geral da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados.<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>O pedido de admiss\u00e3o implica a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o dos estatutos e respetivos regulamentos.<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>A dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional dever\u00e1 deliberar no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 dias \u00fateis e, aceite a admiss\u00e3o, providenciar\u00e1 para que o desconto da quota se processe no seu vencimento, procedendo, para tanto, \u00e0s necess\u00e1rias comunica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2254\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2254\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 12\u00ba - Recusa da admiss\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2254\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2254\"><ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>\u00a0Quando a dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional recuse a admiss\u00e3o do associado, a respetiva delibera\u00e7\u00e3o, devidamente fundamentada, ser\u00e1 comunicada ao interessado para o seu endere\u00e7o de correio eletr\u00f3nico, no prazo de 5 dias \u00fateis.<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>Da recusa de admiss\u00e3o cabe recurso para o conselho fiscal e de disciplina, a interpor no prazo de 10 dias \u00fateis subsequentes ao da rece\u00e7\u00e3o do email referido no n\u00famero anterior.<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li>O conselho fiscal e de disciplina apreciar\u00e1 o recurso na reuni\u00e3o imediata \u00e0 entrada do pedido.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2255\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2255\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 13\u00ba - Direitos<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2255\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2255\">1- S\u00e3o direitos dos associados, nomeadamente:\n<br><br>\n<ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li type=\"a\">Eleger e ser eleito para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e estruturas do STRN, nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es fixadas nos estatutos e nos respetivos regulamentos;<\/li>\n<br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Participar e intervir ativamente na atividade do STRN, nomeadamente nas assembleias gerais, exprimindo com completa liberdade as suas opini\u00f5es sobre quest\u00f5es de interesse dos associados, requerendo, apresentando, discutindo e votando as mo\u00e7\u00f5es e propostas que entender convenientes;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Requerer a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de participa\u00e7\u00e3o direta dos associados, designadamente da assembleia geral, nos termos previstos nos presentes estatutos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Contribuir para o progresso e desenvolvimento do STRN e velar pelo seu bom nome, abstendo-se de condutas que o prejudiquem<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Organizar-se em tend\u00eancia sindical, nos termos definidos nos presentes estatutos e do respetivo Regulamento do Direito de Tend\u00eancia;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Ser informado e solicitar esclarecimentos e documentos, entre outros, atas dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais, or\u00e7amentos, relat\u00f3rios e contas, contratos e todos os documentos sobre toda a atividade do STRN, nomeadamente dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais, dos delegados sindicais, dos servi\u00e7os e dos apoios prestados;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Beneficiar dos servi\u00e7os e apoios, prestados direta ou indiretamente, pelo STRN, ou por quaisquer institui\u00e7\u00f5es dele dependentes ou de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em que o STRN participe, nos termos dos respetivos estatutos e desde que tenha pelo menos seis meses de quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o paga;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Beneficiar de todas as atividades desenvolvidas pelo STRN, em defesa dos interesses sindicais, profissionais, econ\u00f3micos, sociais, culturais, formativos e informativos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Frequentar as instala\u00e7\u00f5es do STRN;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Destituir os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do STRN nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es fixadas nos presentes estatutos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Solicitar a sua demiss\u00e3o, nos termos dos estatutos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Recorrer para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais competentes de quaisquer san\u00e7\u00f5es disciplinares que lhes sejam aplicadas ou de quaisquer atos dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais do STRN que considerem irregulares;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Criticar livremente, no seio do STRN, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o e decis\u00f5es dos seus \u00f3rg\u00e3os;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Examinar e consultar, nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do STRN, todos os documentos que n\u00e3o coloquem em causa a atividade e a\u00e7\u00f5es a desenvolver pelo STRN e que sejam do interesse comum;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Consultar, nas instala\u00e7\u00f5es do STRN, as a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais coletivas, \u00e0 qual tenha aderido.<\/li><br>\n<\/ol>\n2- Os associados honor\u00e1rios t\u00eam o direito de participar em assembleia geral, sem direito a voto.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2256\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2256\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 14\u00ba - Liberdade de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e express\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2256\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2256\"><ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>Todos os associados t\u00eam direito, dentro do STRN, de manifestar e de defender livremente os seus pontos de vista.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>N\u00e3o \u00e9 l\u00edcita, todavia, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de grupos que, atuando no seio do STRN com esp\u00edrito de fa\u00e7\u00e3o, tenham por objetivo falsear ou impedir o curso democr\u00e1tico do processo sindical.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>As formas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e express\u00e3o das diversas correntes de opini\u00e3o ou de tend\u00eancia nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do<\/li><br>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">STRN subordinam-se aos estatutos, regulamentos e \u00e0s decis\u00f5es dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes e, na sua omiss\u00e3o, \u00e0s leis subsidiariamente aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2257\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2257\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 15\u00ba - Direito de tend\u00eancia<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2257\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2257\"><ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li>As correntes de opini\u00e3o, ou de tend\u00eancia, podem exercer a sua influ\u00eancia e participa\u00e7\u00e3o sem que esse direito, em circunst\u00e2ncia alguma, possa prevalecer sobre o direito de participa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada associado individualmente considerado, e sobre as decis\u00f5es tomadas pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do STRN, no \u00e2mbito das suas compet\u00eancias.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>O exerc\u00edcio do direito de tend\u00eancia respeitar\u00e1 o Regulamento do Direito de Tend\u00eancia que consta de regulamento aut\u00f3nomo e que faz parte integrante destes estatutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2258\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"8\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2258\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 16\u00ba - Demiss\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2258\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"8\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2258\"><ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li>O pedido de demiss\u00e3o de associado faz-se mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, atrav\u00e9s de correio eletr\u00f3nico sendo sempre obrigat\u00f3rio proceder \u00e0 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do cart\u00e3o de associado atrav\u00e9s de carta registada, endere\u00e7ada \u00e0 sede.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>O associado pode desfiliar-se a todo o tempo, mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o escrita com a anteced\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 30 dias.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2259\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"9\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2259\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 17\u00ba - Deveres<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2259\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"9\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2259\">S\u00e3o deveres dos associados, nomeadamente:\n<ol style=\"text-align:justify\"><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Cumprir e fazer cumprir os estatutos e demais regulamentos do STRN;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Cumprir e fazer cumprir as delibera\u00e7\u00f5es e decis\u00f5es da assembleia geral e dos corpos gerentes tomadas democraticamente e de acordo com os estatutos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Agir solidariamente, em todas as circunst\u00e2ncias, em defesa dos interesses coletivos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Participar e intervir nas atividades do STRN e manter-se delas informado, exercer o seu direito de voto e desempenhar com zelo e dignidade as fun\u00e7\u00f5es para que for eleito ou designado, nos termos dos estatutos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Respeitar, fazer respeitar e difundir os princ\u00edpios fundamentais e os objetivos do STRN, bem como divulgar a informa\u00e7\u00e3o sindical, nomeadamente nos locais de trabalho;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Prestar ao STRN informa\u00e7\u00f5es e esclarecimentos que n\u00e3o envolvam viola\u00e7\u00e3o de segredo profissional;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Exercer vigil\u00e2ncia cr\u00edtica sobre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os sindicais;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Exercer, gratuitamente, os cargos para que for eleito, sem preju\u00edzo do direito de ser ressarcido pelos gastos efetuados e perdas de retribui\u00e7\u00f5es em consequ\u00eancia do exerc\u00edcio de atividade sindical;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Comunicar \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, no prazo de 10 dias \u00fateis, qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o aos dados referidos no n\u00famero 1, do artigo 11\u00ba;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Pagar pontualmente a quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o ou outras contribui\u00e7\u00f5es que venham a ser estabelecidas com vista \u00e0 concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios aos associados;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">N\u00e3o divulgar, por qualquer meio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, informa\u00e7\u00f5es internas confidenciais ou para as quais se solicitou reserva, documentos, a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais ou outros que envolvam a atividade do STRN.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-22510\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"10\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-22510\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 18\u00ba - Quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-22510\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"10\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-22510\"><ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>A quota mensal obrigat\u00f3ria \u00e9 de 0,5 % da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o base l\u00edquida.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>A percentagem ou o valor da quota mensal a que se refere o n\u00famero anterior n\u00e3o incide sobre os emolumentos pessoais e quaisquer outros suplementos.\nOs aposentados est\u00e3o sujeitos a uma quota mensal uniforme de 2,00 \u20ac.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>\nA dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional pode determinar outro tipo de quotas as quais ser\u00e3o de ades\u00e3o facultativa.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-22511\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"11\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-22511\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 19\u00ba - Cobran\u00e7a da quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-22511\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"11\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-22511\"><ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n \t<li>A cobran\u00e7a da quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o sindical \u00e9 preferencialmente processada mensalmente pelas entidades referidas no artigo 2.o a que estejam atribu\u00eddos os servi\u00e7os de registo e notariado e remetidas por estes ao STRN.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>Poder\u00e1, excecionalmente, ser tamb\u00e9m efetuada por d\u00e9bito direto ou por transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria, das quais ter\u00e1 de obrigatoriamente enviar o respetivo comprovativo ao STRN.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-22512\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"12\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-22512\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 20\u00ba - Isen\u00e7\u00e3o total ou parcial da quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-22512\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"12\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-22512\"><ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li>Est\u00e1 isento do pagamento total do valor da respetiva quota, sem preju\u00edzo do pleno exerc\u00edcio dos seus direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/li><br>\n<ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li type=\"a\">O associado que se encontre, por motivos disciplinares, na situa\u00e7\u00e3o de suspens\u00e3o de trabalho com perda de retribui\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do lit\u00edgio em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">O associado que se encontre preso por motivo da sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o leg\u00edtima como associado do STRN ou devido ao desempenho de qualquer cargo nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais e\/ou de delegado sindical, desde que a pris\u00e3o se deva a raz\u00f5es pol\u00edtico-sindicais ou sociais n\u00e3o contr\u00e1rias aos princ\u00edpios fundamentais do STRN.<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Os associados honor\u00e1rios.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t<li>Est\u00e1 isento do pagamento parcial do valor da respetiva quota, na propor\u00e7\u00e3o da percentagem da incapacidade, o associado que tenha incapacidade permanente igual ou superior a 60 %, comprovada por atestado m\u00e9dico de incapacidade multiuso ou tenha sido aposentado por invalidez permanente, a requerimento do pr\u00f3prio.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>Excecionalmente, a requerimento fundamentado do associado e documentalmente comprovado, pode a dire\u00e7\u00e3o nacional, por maioria simples, isentar, temporariamente, do pagamento de quota.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-22513\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"13\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-22513\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 21\u00ba - Perda da qualidade de associado<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-22513\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"13\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-22513\"><ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li>Perde a qualidade de associado, aquele que:<\/li><br>\n<ol style=\"text-align:justify\">\n \t<li type=\"a\">Deixe de exercer fun\u00e7\u00f5es nos servi\u00e7os referidos no artigo 2.o, salvaguardadas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de aposenta\u00e7\u00e3o e mobilidade noutros organismos;\nSolicite a sua demiss\u00e3o nos termos estatut\u00e1rios;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Deixe de pagar a quotiza\u00e7\u00e3o sindical durante seis meses consecutivos;<\/li><br>\n \t<li type=\"a\">Tenha sido objeto da san\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar de expuls\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n \t<li>Em todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no n\u00famero um, o associado deve devolver o respetivo cart\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-22514\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"14\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-22514\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Artigo 22\u00ba -
