negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com os sucessivos governos e com o IRN, IP, e das sucessivas promessas n\u00e3o cumpridas, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional do STRN entendeu que chegou a hora de dizer basta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em bom rigor trata-se da interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais, relativas \u00e0s assimetrias salariais, que ter\u00e3o como destinat\u00e1rios Conservadores de Registos e Oficiais de Registos, intentadas autonomamente, atento os fundamentos e a causa de pedir, distintos de cada uma das a\u00e7\u00f5es, tendo em vista efetivar as corre\u00e7\u00f5es salariais devidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde o ano de 2000, mas em especial com o 1.\u00ba Simplex (a partir de 2005,) quer os Conservadores de Registos, quer os Oficiais de Registos, viram serem aumentadas as suas compet\u00eancias, e inerentes deveres, sem que tivessem sido efetuados os necess\u00e1rios equil\u00edbrios, quer ao n\u00edvel da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, quer nos seus restantes direitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">vAo aumento de compet\u00eancias\/deveres deveria ter correspondido o aumento da valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o\/direitos, nomeadamente no que \u00e0 remunera\u00e7\u00e3o diz respeito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O STRN, defende e defender\u00e1, nestas a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais que, NO M\u00cdNIMO:<\/p>\n\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t<li type=\"I\">Os atuais Oficiais de Registos devem ser integrados na nova carreira como Oficiais de Registos Especialista;<\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li type=\"I\">Os atuais Conservadores de Registos devem ser integrados, na nova carreira, na 6\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o da respetiva tabela de vencimentos.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1032\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\"
