-->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>O STRN, em 11\/12\/2023, comunicou a todas(os) associadas(os) <\/strong>o seguinte: \u201c<em>Na oportunidade esclarecemos todas(os) as(os) associadas(os) do seguinte:<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><em>Nas reuni\u00f5es que temos vindo a efetuar com o Conselho Diretivo do IRN, IP, o STRN tem, entre outros, defendido que devem ser concretizados, at\u00e9 ao final do presente ano, os seguintes objetivos:<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"type\":\"lower-alpha\"} -->\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong><em>A atribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a todos os trabalhadores, de 2 pontos, referentes ao per\u00edodo avaliativo de 2021\/22 <\/em><\/strong><em>de forma a mitigar os conhecidos atrasos e os seus nefastos efeitos;<\/em><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong><em>Todos aqueles que obtiverem 10 pontos, com a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos 2 pontos, referidos na al\u00ednea anterior, devem ser reposicionados, no novo n\u00edvel remunerat\u00f3rio, com efeitos a 01\/01\/2023 <\/em><\/strong><em>e receberem os respetivos retroativos e juros de mora;<\/em><\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong><em>O pagamento integral, de todas as quantias em d\u00edvida, incluindo juros de mora<\/em><\/strong><em>, por for\u00e7a da altera\u00e7\u00e3o do posicionamento remunerat\u00f3rio, que ainda se encontrem por ressarcir<\/em>.\u201d<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ol>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Em face da posi\u00e7\u00e3o, reiteradamente defendida pelo STRN, junto do Conselho Diretivo do IRN, IP congratulamo-nos que este tenha acolhido a nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o e sugest\u00e3o<\/strong>, contribu\u00eddo para que se minimizem os preju\u00edzos decorrente do atraso injustific\u00e1vel da homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do processo avaliativo, defendendo-se que esta (boa) pr\u00e1tica se repita nos pr\u00f3ximos ciclos avaliativos na salvaguarda dos superiores interesses dos trabalhadores e pr\u00f3prio processo administrativo do IRN.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Neste sentido, no recibo de vencimento, deste m\u00eas de dezembro, <strong>o IRN, IP promoveu o reposicionamento remunerat\u00f3rio dos trabalhadores que contabilizem, pelo menos, 10 pontos<\/strong>, com base na conclus\u00e3o do ciclo avaliativo 2019\/2020 (processos avaliativos j\u00e1 homologados) e na contabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 pontos no ciclo avaliativo 2021\/2022.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Esta valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o com efeitos a 01\/01\/2023, reflete-se no recibo de vencimento de dezembro, na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o base mensal sendo pagos os respetivos retroativos.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Relativamente aos <strong>juros de mora<\/strong>, que s\u00e3o, legalmente devidos a todos os trabalhadores, o STRN agir\u00e1 em conformidade e em tempo oportuno, n\u00e3o aceitando que os mesmos n\u00e3o tenham sido calculados, nem pagos a todos os trabalhadores que beneficiem desta medida.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Em face do acima exposto, todas(os) as(os) associadas(os) dever\u00e3o efetuar os c\u00e1lculos dos pontos e verificar se obtiveram 10 ou mais pontos (com os 2 pontos atribu\u00eddos do ciclo avaliativo de 2021\/2022) e se o recibo de dezembro reflete esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Caso tenha obtido, pelo menos, 10 pontos, e o recibo de dezembro n\u00e3o reflita essa realidade, dever\u00e1 expor a situa\u00e7\u00e3o ao STRN atrav\u00e9s do e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:strn@strn.pt\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">strn@strn.pt<\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">N\u00e3o obstante, o Conselho Diretivo do IRN, IP ter acolhido as nossas reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es relativamente ao ciclo avaliativo 2021\/2022, torna-se agora priorit\u00e1rio concluir o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel o ciclo avaliativo 2019\/2020, nomeadamente que a Comiss\u00e3o Parit\u00e1ria conclua as aprecia\u00e7\u00f5es das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe foram submetidas, para a consequente homologa\u00e7\u00e3o das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es que ainda n\u00e3o o tenham sido.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Tendo em conta que o IRN, IP ainda n\u00e3o disponibiliza no SOUIRN, conforme temos defendido, a informa\u00e7\u00e3o relativa \u00e0 progress\u00e3o na carreira de cada um dos trabalhadores, nomeadamente quais s\u00e3o os pontos, atualizados, que cada um tem para efeitos da pr\u00f3xima progress\u00e3o de n\u00edvel remunerat\u00f3rio, a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional do STRN presta esse Servi\u00e7o aos associados que o requeiram, devendo utilizar, para esse efeito, o supra referido
